This past week me and my two sisters, Teri and Holly, made the 14 hour drive down to California to surprise my brother for his Court of Honor to receive his Eagle Scout award. No one knew we were coming and it was so fun to surprise my family and just show up! It had been a long time since us 6 kids were all at home at the same time. I am the oldest of 5 girls and my brother Steven is the youngest. So we really didn't want to miss our only brother's big day. I'm grateful for a family that is supportive of one another's accomplishments and is there for each other's big moments.

That is cool that you got to go. That is what family is for. Good for you!
What a fun surprise! That is great that you were all able to be there for your brother. I bet that made whole experience even more special to him.
Isn't family the best! Your brother will remember this for a lifetime. That was so kind of you to take the time to be there with him. I'm sure it meant a lot to him and to your parents.
