Kids Say the Darndest Things

Here's a couple funny things the kids have said lately.

Riley's new favorite song is "Jesus Wants Me for a Sun BEAP!"

Josh says, "My back really hurts."
Katelyn replies, "You should go see a Choirpractor."

We were at the lake and Emma made an observation: "I can't believe how many girls here are wearing zuchinnis!" What she meant was "bikinis".

Then just tonight I was pulling some zuchinni bread out of the oven to which Mason says, "Mom can I have some bikini bread?!" You've got to be kidding me?!! Pretty funny.

The next one is more worrying than funny. Emma came home from her 2nd day of school seeming kinda sad. I asked her, "Emma what's the matter don't you like your new teacher?" Emma replies, "Yeah, but all we do in class is watch movies and play games, we don't do any learning!" I may have to look into that one. Hopefully her enthusiasum for learning will stay with her in the years to come!
