It's only been a short time since we've put in our yard but we have already begun to enjoy the fruits of our labors. You forget how much you appreciate grass and a yard for the kids to play until you are without one. Winter is often the season for planning your yard, while spring brings the chance to turn those plans into action. (Or summer for some of us). While summer is when the hard work of planning, installing and maintaining a yard is fully rewarded. >
Our new yard has truly been a group effort for our family. Even the kids helped, each in their own way, which makes it rewarding for them as well.
We've already begun the backyard activities that we've come to miss. Friday night Josh and the kids all slept on our new trampoline. In the morning Mason had a huge swollen forehead. We couldn't figure out if he bumped it or what. Then this morning he woke up with a swollen forehead AND a swollen eye.
We've now realized he's been bit, by what we're still not quite sure. My poor little guy doesn't even look like himself...at all! We gave him some Benadryl before church and he was fighting falling asleep all through Primary apparently. Bless his little heart. He's since been sleeping all afternoon and I'm hoping when he wakes up I'll have his cute little face back!

Your lawn looks great! I'm sure your kids are thrilled to have a nice yard to play in.
I have to admit, We admire your yard everytime we go by. I can't believe how fast it all came together. It looks absolutely beautiful...now get ready for it to be covered with snow!
Poor Mason!! I hope the swelling goes down soon. Is he in pain? Poor guy! The lawn/yard looks absolutely great!
Pretty yard and house! I cant wait to see it when I come up when Holly has her baby!
Looks great! I still need to come see the new place. Nothing is sweeter then seeing the results of long, hard work.
Take a break and enjoy!
