Today the girls and I went to see Kit Kittredge: An American Girl. It was so darling. We went with some of Katelyn and Emma's friends and their moms. We first went to lunch and then the movie. It was a perfect date for the girls and I. I highly recommend it. Katelyn has read the Kit books so it made it even more fun for her. I really hope the movie does well so they make more American Girl movies. It was so nice to sit and watch a feel-good movie with my girls that had a real good message. So go and see it--you'll love it!

That sounds like fun. I just had a movie popcorn night at my house for the girls in my activity day class. We watched "Molly",an American girl movie. It was cute,and it's nice not having to worry about anything inappropriate showing up in these movies. Most of the girls read these books, so it's fun for them to watch the movies.
We will have to go & see it. Thanks for telling me about it. Thanks for the treat you left...I feel bad I didn't say something when I saw you. I love your blog.
